What we do

Strategy and execution, under one plan.

Two jobs, in order: find the 10, then make it louder. Skip the first and the second only makes noise.

“10Louder helped our software company hone our messaging and competitive positioning. With the same paid budget, our clicks increased by 42%, and CPC dropped by 64%.”

Job 1 · Find the 10

Define the thing.

Your leadership team decides what makes you different and what it’s worth spending to prove it, in writing. This is the job most companies skip.

AI Brand Visibility Diagnostic

$2,500, credited in full toward Done With You or Done For You

Who it’s for
Leadership teams who want to see how buyers and AI describe them before committing to a plan.
You leave with
A 100-point grade of how AI sees you, and what to fix first.
Wrong fit if
You already know positioning is the problem and want to start fixing it.

Nine Decisions, One Plan

Dates and pricing coming soon

Who it’s for
Teams heading into 2027 without a plan written down.
You leave with
A first-draft, one-page plan covering all nine PB² GOST³ decisions, and your top two fixes.
Wrong fit if
You need a finished plan, not a first draft.
Get on the list →

Brand Truth Workshop

Do It Yourself $4,500 · Done With You $13,500 · Done For You from $25,500

Who it’s for
Leadership teams that can’t say why customers choose them, in the same words.
You leave with
A Core Idea and supporting claims tested in market, and a plan and budget built around them.
Wrong fit if
Your leadership team can’t commit the time to make the decisions together.
See the workshop →

Quantitative market research

Priced by scope · on its own or as a workshop add-on

Who it’s for
Teams that want numbers before they decide: how big the market is, what buyers want and which claims they believe.
You leave with
A survey study of your market, with findings tied to your positioning decisions.
Wrong fit if
You already have recent research on the same questions.

Buyer persona interviews

Priced by scope · on its own or as a workshop add-on

Who it’s for
Teams that know their buyers by job title, not by what keeps them up at night.
You leave with
One-on-one interviews with real buyers, and personas built on their fears, results, expectations and desires.
Wrong fit if
You can’t introduce us to customers and prospects to interview.

Job 2 · Make it louder

Make stuff about the thing.

We own the strategy and stay accountable for it. Proven specialists Brad has worked with for three to ten years do the work, across every surface your buyers and AI read.

Make It Louder

Scoped to the plan

Who it’s for
Companies with a defined strategy that need it carried out.
You leave with
One strategy running across paid, earned, shared and owned media and AI, from logo and visual identity to website, ads and content, using only what the plan calls for.
Wrong fit if
You want channels running before the strategy is decided.

Custom measurement dashboards

Scoped per build

Who it’s for
Leadership teams that want to know whether marketing moved the business, not just the dashboard.
You leave with
A dashboard built around your goals and objectives, tracking the signals and results the plan depends on.
Wrong fit if
You only need channel reports.

Across both jobs

Leadership and change.

Some work spans both jobs: someone has to own the plan from the first decision to the last report, and the organization has to change for the plan to stick.

Fractional CMO

From $7,000 a month

Who it’s for
Companies without a senior marketing leader, or with a team that needs one.
You leave with
Brad leading the plan, the specialists and the reporting to your leadership team.
Wrong fit if
You need a full-time, in-house hire.

Digital transformation consulting

Scoped per engagement

Who it’s for
Companies adopting new platforms, data or AI tools whose people, processes and systems need to change with them.
You leave with
A roadmap and change plan that gets your team using the new systems, drawn from Brad’s transformation work for Dell and NTT Data.
Wrong fit if
You only need software installed, not people and processes changed.

Common questions

What’s the difference between defining the thing and making stuff about it?
Defining the thing is the strategy: your leadership team agrees on what makes you different and what it’s worth spending to prove it. Making stuff about the thing is everything that carries that decision into the market: your website, ads, content, PR and the AI tools buyers ask. The first job decides what the second one says.
Can we skip straight to execution?
Only if the first job is already done and written down. If your team can say why customers choose you, in the same words, we start with Make It Louder. If not, execution only produces louder noise, so we start with the benchmark, the diagnostic or the workshop.
Do we have to start with the Brand Truth Workshop?
No. Most companies start with the free benchmark or the AI Brand Scan, and some start with the $2,500 diagnostic, which is credited toward the workshop. The workshop is where the first job gets finished.
How do you price execution?
Make It Louder and the dashboards are scoped to the plan, so you pay for the channels and specialists your strategy calls for and nothing it doesn’t. Fractional CMO leadership starts at $7,000 a month.
