Privacy Policy

Last updated October 26, 2026. This policy covers 10louder.com, AIBrandStrategy.com and the Marketing Budget Benchmark, all run by 10Louder in Dallas, Texas.

The short version

We collect what you give us and basic information about how you use our sites. We use it to deliver what you asked for, to follow up about our services, to improve the sites and to measure our advertising. We don’t sell your personal information, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time.

What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, business email and company details when you request the Signal Over Noise handbook, use the Marketing Budget Benchmark, ask for an AI Brand Scan or contact us. The benchmark also collects your answers about your company, such as industry, revenue range and headcount, and the nine planning questions. When you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter.

Information collected automatically. The pages you visit, how you got here, your browser and device, an approximate location based on your IP address, and how you interact with pages. We collect this through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To send what you requested, such as your benchmark report, the handbook or your scan. To follow up by email about 10Louder’s services, including Brad B McCormick’s newsletter and nurture emails. To understand how the sites are used and make them better. To measure our marketing and show our ads to people who have visited our sites.

Tools we use

We use service providers that process information on our behalf: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for site measurement, the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for ad measurement, Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings, HighLevel for our contact records and email, Calendly for scheduling and SiteGround for hosting. Each handles information under its own privacy policy.

We don’t sell your information

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor it. You can also email Brad@10Louder.com and we’ll stop.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work. You can limit ad personalization through your Google and Meta ad settings. Clarity masks text you type into forms on our sites.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information as long as we have a relationship with you or a business reason to, and as long as the law requires. Ask us and we’ll delete what we hold about you, unless we’re required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of targeted advertising. Depending on where you live, including Texas and California, you may have additional rights under state law. Email Brad@10Louder.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our sites are for business audiences and aren’t intended for anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
